We aim to send your package within 24 hours of ordering, Monday – Friday.

We send domestic packages through fully carbon neutral delivery service Sendle. You will receive an email from with your tracking number once the order has been dispatched.

Estimated delivery times from Bellingen (2454 NSW) vary depending on where you’re located, but should be between 2-5 business days – slightly longer for WA.

International shipping

We currently don’t offer international shipping options on our website, but if you reach out to us directly with your order and your address details, we’ll try to find a way to deliver our chai to you.

What’s the best way to make a cup of chai?
  1. Heap two teaspoons in a small saucepan with 125ml of water.
  2. Bring to a simmer.
  3. Add 250ml milk of choice and slowly heat again to simmer.
  4. Strain.
  5. Serve in your favourite cup and enjoy!
Do you have any vegan options?

Yes, we do! Coconut nectar is vegan and we use it as a great alternative to honey when preparing our vegan chai.

What are the ingredients of Ruya Chai’s original sticky chai?

Organic black tea, wild ironbark honey, organic cinnamon, organic cardamom, organic star anise, organic fennel seeds, organic ginger root, organic clove.

Where is your chai produced?

It’s 100% home made by us here in Bellingen, 2454 NSW.

Is it possible to return an item and get a refund?

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us via [email protected] with a picture of the item and your order details. We will get in touch with you as soon as possible and if applicable, we will of course issue a refund.
